Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead operational execution for our Design function. The program you’ll manage drives key company level goals. 

You’ll partner with the Marketing & Design’s Program Lead and VP of Design to build annual plans, write quarterly goals and own processes and tools.

We are seeking someone who is eager to learn, a self-starter who is passionate about taking action in order to get things done quickly and efficiently. You are organized, take ownership by proactively looking for areas to provide value, and never let little things drop. You excel at building relationships, establishing good communication channels, and clarifying milestones and end goals. The ideal candidate values collaboration, influences cross functionally, and has a deep understanding of the design process necessary to develop and execute design projects.

You’re at your best in a fast-changing environment with plenty of ambiguity and interesting, challenging problems to solve. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Be a trusted thought-partner to the VP of Design and Programs Lead
  • Own annual, monthly, quarterly and weekly habits and rituals - including project resourcing, in-take, sprint planning, cross functional meetings, Objectives and Key Results development, budgeting, etc.
  • Manage a variety of design projects by tracking progress, maintenance, communicating status to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Own, escalate and swiftly break down impediments that prevent projects from moving forward. 
  • Drive and ensure regular, ongoing communication and coordination across functions.
  • Increase visibility by owning and maintaining resources (ex. calendars, knowledge bases, comms channels) to ensure clarity and consistency in information.
  • Identify critical path activities for programs and enable prioritization of initiatives.
  • Facilitate efficient meetings to ensure information exchange and alignment across teams.
  • Manage agency relationships from vendor onboarding, managing POs, and serving as a point of contact
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
  • BA/BS degree
  • 8+ years of program management experience, with a deep understanding of the creative environment 
  • Proven experience in planning, managing, and monitoring complex processes and programs 
  • Track record of driving multi-disciplined designers and marketers to collaborate to create and execute campaigns, experiences and other brand-led activations
  • Ability to work independently and a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong track record managing and influencing internal and cross-functional stakeholders 
  • Resourcefulness, persistence, and ability to thrive in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience or interest in crypto is a plus
