About the Opportunity
 
Our mission is to help the next billion people experience the future of finance. We’re looking for a Design Program Manager to help drive initiatives that impact the way we work and build as a team.
As a Design Program Manager focusing on user experience quality, you'll establish and optimize best practices across the Experience Team organization directly impacting our process and product. You will utilize your program management and people skills to build an infrastructure optimal for user experience quality. This role will collaborate heavily with Design, Research, Product Management and Engineer to make new programs.
 
What You’ll Achieve
  • Dive deeply into user experience in the production environment offered in different countries
  • Consolidate user feedback from all different stakeholders and build effective feedback loop
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with key design partners and stakeholders, balancing multiple priorities and needs to ensure user experience quality
  • Discover problems and optimize the collaboration framework to increase the quality and effectiveness of design
 
What We Look For In You
  • 2+ years specifically functioning in the capacity of program management
  • Passion for end user experience in different countries with an understanding of the design and product development workflow
  • Be able to understand problems deeply and solve them in an effective way
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills and the ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with a diverse range of partners
  • The ability to clearly articulate your concepts and evangelize on their behalf
  • Earnest, mature, and ego-free - you welcome candid feedback and can constructively give it as well
  • Bilingual: English and Mandarin
 
Nice to Haves
  • Experience working with global teams across offices and timezones
  • Experience designing programs for Fintech, Investment platforms, or Crypto products

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000.

The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
