Design Systems Manager

Our mission is to help the next billion people experience the future of finance. We’re looking for a design systems leader to help build the future of our multi-brand design system, manage a team of product designers, and develop a culture of consistent design in all areas where we interact with customers.

 

We are looking for an experienced, detail oriented design systems leader with a strong vision to help expand our large scale, component design system to support multiple brands, products, and a global audience. As a design systems leader, you will empower our design and engineering teams to work faster, collaborate more effectively, and deliver high quality experiences for our customers throughout the world. You will be responsible for iterating on and creating new components, as well as building a robust system of documentation. You will collaborate directly with product and content designers to foster consistency in thought, process, and execution. You will work closely with design system engineers to build themable components and patterns, powered by design tokens. You will partner closely with other design systems designers throughout the world to achieve a single, unified approach to design systems.

Product Design is a strategic, user-centric, and data-informed function within the Experience team. We value craft and intuitive interaction to solve complex design problems — balancing customer needs and business objectives.
