Designer

• Work on Tier 1 to Tier 2 projects while supporting the Senior Designer on Tier 3 campaigns.
• Serve as a mentor for the Junior Designer
• Produce attractive and effective designs for all media, including but not limited to print ads, digital ads, web banners, landing pages, direct mail and video
• Adept at following brand style guidelines
• Offer input to creative meetings and share ideas
• Communicate with senior team members to receive feedback
• Collaborate effectively with clients and other team members
• Support the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects
• Flexibility in scheduling time as needed. Some extended weekday hours should be expected
• Contribute new ideas, techniques and feedback

• Communicate regularly with clients, project managers and other creative team members
• Show attention to detail while working on multiple projects at different stages
• Contribute and assist in the concepting of campaigns and projects with multiple deliverables while understanding the effect on the user experience and behavior
• Manage multiple deadlines and multiple projects
