Job Description

The Team

We are seeking a Designer to join American Tower's Marketing team. The Marketing team impacts lead generation and new sales opportunities through our digital campaigns, trade shows and sales enablement materials. Day to day you will support creative development of all marketing communications. As a Designer, you will partner cross-functionally to provide thoughts and ideas on larger campaign concepts and designs and design templates for internal and external use.

Responsibilities

What You Can Offer Us

• Draft and edit designs, concepts and layouts for marketing collateral, including HTML emails, sell sheets, basic print ads, online banner ads, etc. Provide creative ideas and input for more complex campaigns and marketing collateral.
• Work with internal groups to develop employee communications, e.g., emails or brochures regarding benefits, training programs, etc.
• Ensure all marketing materials are up to date, on brand, and relevant to the current marketing strategy.
• Suggest improvements to brand guidelines and participate in creative brainstorm sessions with internal stakeholders for customer and employee facing campaigns and marketing collateral.
• Work with print vendors to manage production of all printed materials, including securing print quotes, determining compatible file types and reviewing proofs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Between 2-6 years of experience in an advertising agency or corporate marketing setting required.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver (CS5, CS6, or CC) required.
• Experience with animation, video editing, JavaScript and other web technologies, photo color correction and the printing and prepress process preferred.
• Approximately 5% travel may be required in support of the position's responsibilities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
