What you'll do...
Position: Designer
Job Location: 8461 154th Avenue NE (Building G), Suite 110, Redmond, WA 98052
Duties: Build user journey maps, site maps, and flow charts for store workflows. Create information architecture for mobile applications. Create wireframes and low-fidelity mock-ups to ideate and iterate on designs. Design high-fidelity interfaces with the design system and contribute new visual assets to the system. Create prototypes to test and communicate designs. Design for accessibility and inclusion, including ADA compliance standards. Conduct visual quality assurance with software engineers regarding the feasibility of design solutions and costs. Conduct heuristic evaluations. Facilitate user research utilizing research methodologies such as user interviews and surveys. Deliver spec-perfect design documentation to software engineers. Drive stakeholder and partner relationships. Align on roadmap prioritization. Deliver designs using the following applications and systems: Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, and Mural.
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Digital Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Industrial Design, or related field; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Digital Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Industrial Design, or related field and 1 year of design experience.

Experience facilitating user research utilizing research methodologies: user interviews and surveys. Experience delivering spec-perfect design documentation to software engineers. Experience managing stakeholder and partner relationships and aligning on roadmap prioritization. Experience delivering designs using the following applications and systems: Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, and Mural. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
Salary Range: The annual salary range for this full-time position is $120,000/year to $170,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
