Designer and Project Manager

Amlings Interior Landscape is a specialty design company that decorates interior environments with green plants. Our primary clients are corporations, office building managers/owners, and hotels. We also decorate our clients spaces for the holiday season(s). This specialty interior design position involves project management from beginning to end, including meeting with clients to discover their needs, developing unique designs, creating client proposals, sourcing project materials, and implementing installations with members of our operations team. You do not need to have specific experience in our field, as we are prepared to train you! What is important is that you are an energetic and positive-minded person with a passion for design, a desire to learn and grow, and a drive for delighting clients. Of course, a love of green plants and/or holiday decorating is a plus! During the holiday setup season, you would lead small teams onsite at our customer sites in both the city and suburbs – requiring the ability and willingness to drive colleagues to customer sites using a company owned vehicle. Because we must set up and take down all of our holiday scenes in the months of November-January, it is important that you are able and willing to work hours that are significantly longer than normal during this time period, including weekends. This is a full time position with a starting salary of $66,000, with benefits including healthcare/dental/vision, paid time off, 401k w/ matching and bonus eligibility.
