About the Job:

The Designer will be responsible for, concepting, and executing innovative materials for a wide range of projects with an emphasis all things design. Creative output should consistently satisfy partners, clients' and Agency's objectives and expectations. You’ll enjoy exposure to working with cross-functional teams to bring fully integrated, multi-channel campaigns to life. You will learn a wide array of marketing concepts, channels, and executions.

The Day-to-Day:

• Design marketing assets depending on the creative pillar
• Collaborate with the creative team on campaign creation
• Maintain brand standards across all assets
• Manage a range of creative projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Proof all creative assets to ensure the accuracy of final asset delivery to senior designers.
• Responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual designs, and delivering high-quality design solutions.

Is This You?

• Degree in related field and 5+ years of industry experience
• Research and stay up to date with emerging—and expiring—design, artist and pop culture trends.
• Strong understanding of brand principles
• Expressing a strong POV and ability to articulate design concepts
• Strong presentation skills
• Advanced skills in design principles, composition, and branding
• Deep understanding of graphic design software tools and are proficient in implementing design strategies across various mediums.
• Strong project management skills and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary Range: ­­$93,200 to $109,600 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
