Job Description
Develop engaging and effective learning materials and programs that simplify the complex and empower all end users while advancing skills and driving success outcomes using a variety of multi-media channels.Â
Your Area of Focus- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games, etc.) to be delivered via e-learning and/or Instructor-Led methods while using adult learning methodologies and instructional design best practices.Â
- Conduct thorough needs analysis, define learning objectives and partner with subject matter experts to develop materials for targeted audiences.Â
- Work closely with strong subject matter experts to perform gap analysis and identify the target audience's training/learning needs and what success looks like for the end user and organization.Â
- Use traditional presentation tools through Google Suite (sheets, docs, slides) as well as e-Learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Adobe Suite, Camtasia, Murf and Animaker to create interactive and engaging learning courses and activities.Â
- Create complete programs from ideation to implementation in a timely manner under strict deadlines.Â
- Daily activities include performing gap analysis, gathering insights/data from cross-functional stakeholders, developing audio scripts, recording audio, recording screen capture, packing video content, developing exercises/activities, creating assessments, gathering feedback/evaluations and running reports.Â
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree and/or 3 - 5 plus years of Instructional Design and curriculum development
- Experience creating and managing courses within Learning Management System (LMS)
- Knowledge of adult learning theories, methodologies and techniquesÂ
- Expert in using e-Learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Suite, Camtasia, Animaker, Murf
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to take abstract concepts and articulate how the concept applies to the learners specific roles and responsibilitiesÂ
- Ability to analyze metrics and prepare reports on project and program efficiencies and/or deficiencies and identify areas of improvement
- A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a rapidly changing, fast-growing environmentÂ
- Flexible, reliable, passionate team player that can work well independently
