Job Description:
Rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences-from concept to execution. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions. Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high-fidelity prototypes. Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates. Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, a related field, or a foreign equivalent, and 2 year of experience working with multidisciplinary UX and/or product teams (visual, interaction, UX research, engineering, content strategy) on technical implementation.
- Experience must include:
- Designing with adobe creative suite of products in professional environment including: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign;
- Modeling with 3D CAD software: SolidWorks, Fusion 360 and Keyshot;
- Implementing visual design and branding to new concepts;
- Designing from ideation/brainstorming, trend and user research through wireframing to final design;
- Working with engineers (electrical, mechanical, software) in a professional environment to implement new concept ideas.
- 10% domestic and international travel required.
