About Store N°8:
We are the incubation arm of Walmart. Store N°8 was formed in 2017 as part of Walmart's larger innovation mission to shape the future of commerce. We pursue big ideas and take risks by stepping outside of Walmart's core business to focus on leapfrog capabilities across conversational commerce, mixed reality, in-store digitization, and more. Our ultimate goal: fuel Walmart's core business, create new operational efficiencies, and unlock amazing experiences for our customers in the long-term.
About the Role:
As the Designer Lead, UX UI for one of Store N°8 's portfolio companies, you will focus on building 0->1 products with a lean and high-powered team. You will partner with Engineers, Product, business strategy, UX/UI, Data Scientists. You will need to be a self-starter with a bias for action and excellent communication skills.
This is a rare opportunity, moving at the speed of a start-up, with the backing and in-house data (lots of data) of the Fortune 1 company. You will bridge the art of what's possible across today's rapidly evolving customer and food landscape.
What You Will Do:

• Bringing the Product vision to life by creating concepts and prototypes that generate immense value and simplicity for our customers
• Facilitating creative problem-solving across cross-functional partners to drive best-in-class thinking from all parts of the team and seamlessly integrating competitive organizational goals
• Creating best in class experiments and AB tests that validate user engagement, product user fit and product market fit

• Driving and holding others accountable to create experiences that celebrate and empower our end-users including design, customer journeys, copy, illustrations and overall brand
• Proactively soliciting, leveraging, and sharing design research, competitive research, data, and analytics to create full-featured and strategic products
• Fostering a maker mindset so teams can iterate and experiment collaboratively to challenge the status quo, drive new thinking, and improve processes for creating future-forward product experiences
• Thinking holistically so that we build true end-to-end experiences
• Switching gears from deep design thinking to rapid-fire execution to be hands-on in the digital design of the product

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or similar and at least 5 - 7 years of experience in product design
• Have a fantastic portfolio of elegant design solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication
