Job Description
Job Summary:
TheStudio at iHeartMedia is seeking a Presentation Designer. You will be responsible for designing messaging, data, graphs, charts and other design elements into polished presentations while maintaining the iHeartMedia aesthetic. This is a hands-on role that will require constant interaction with the larger Creative and Leadership Teams. Successful candidates should have a strong understanding of design principles and best practices, as well as experience delivering precise assets for a range of deliverables. This team is all about the detailsyou'll also get to design lots of event invitations, infographics, bespoke decks for special events, annual reports, and more.This position reports to the team Art Director.
Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling marketing materials for existing and new products within the iHeartMedia landscape, including iHeartRadio, iHeartPodcasts and more
- Develop highly visible B2B materials for executive needs, including annual impact reports, employee onboarding materials, event invitations, event recap eblasts and more
- Coordinate the acquisition of data from multiple sources and compile the data into beautiful infographics, graphs & charts
- Execute, prep and build files for release
- Collaborate with other creatives for design consistency
- Partner with cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with Project Management team and department leadership to ensure the best servicing of all creative needs for sales and marketing leadership
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of design experience
- Background designing presentations for marketing & sales organizations, preferably for a highly recognized brand
- Deadline-driven with strong organizational and communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and a good design eye
- Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines on a wide range of projects at once
- Adept at problem solving and thinking quick on your feet
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Campaign Monitor, and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of the iHeartMedia brand and aesthetic
