Job Title: Design Team Lead

Designers are the heart of our business. When they thrive, we all succeed. As a Design Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring, motivating, and coaching a diverse group of remote Interior Designers, helping them grow their businesses and achieve success on the Havenly platform. Your mission will be to provide the resources and guidance necessary for your team to excel in both sales, design, and customer satisfaction.

Location: Denver, CO preferred, remote candidates considered. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Inspire and Lead: Motivate your team of designers to consistently meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly review and critique designer work to maintain a high standard of deliverables.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with designers, dedicated to helping them grow and succeed on the Havenly platform.
  • Innovate and Evolve: Participate in the ongoing development and innovation of designer training programs.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular business reviews with your designers, sharing performance data, setting goals, and offering constructive feedback.
  • Resource Development: Create tools and materials to enhance your team’s efficiency and success in their daily tasks.
  • Sales Education: Provide training on sales tactics, vendor relations, and best practices to drive performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead group coaching calls to share best practices, celebrate successes, and deliver company updates.
  • Customer Experience: Coach your team on communication, sales, and delivering top-notch customer experiences.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Interior Design Experience: 5+ years as an interior designer.
  • Leadership Skills: 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring creative teams, with remote team management as a plus.
  • Analytical Abilities: Comfort with analyzing performance data to drive team improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly in digital interactions.
  • Time Management: Strong skills in managing time to meet goals efficiently.
  • Decision-Making: Ability to make sound business decisions independently.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Additional Details:

  • Position Type: Full-time, exempt.
  • Compensation: On-target earnings between $70,000 - $85,000 per year, including a base salary of $50,000 - $60,000 plus monthly performance bonuses.
