Join our dynamic front-end design team where creativity meets optimization. We're looking for a designer who appreciates the aesthetics of typography colors and branding and understands the importance of web standards and optimization to create engaging web experiences.

The opportunity

• Collaborate with designers researchers product managers content specialists and engineers to create high-quality delightful experiences

• Contribute to the creation of engaging web experiences and marketing pages designed to drive customer engagement and conversion

• Balance business objectives customer needs insights and technical constraints to produce data-informed outcomes

• Participate in design reviews offering and receiving meaningful and supportive feedback

• Take accountability for your work paying attention to every detail

• Assist in the definition and expansion of new and existing design systems

• Use data to inform design strategies analyze and interpret data to create compelling concepts and presentations and share insights with the team to shape and enhance our brand

Skills you should HODL

• Portfolio that Speaks Volumes : Show us your best work that highlights your commitment to design quality standards and optimization

• Technical Design Insight : Beyond mastering Figma have a good understanding of how design integrates with code. Familiarity with HTML & CSS is essential. Experience with React + JSON is a bonus but not required. Awareness of what's technically feasible in web and email design along with performance optimization is crucial

• UI/UX Understanding for Consumer Websites : Proficient in creating user-centered designs that align with marketing goals with a solid grasp of UX and UI principles

• Information Architecture Awareness : Ability to structure and organize web content to create intuitive navigation and positive user experiences

• Adherence to Standards : Understanding of W3C standards to ensure designs comply with industry guidelines and best practices for accessibility usability and cross-browser compatibility

• Collaborative Spirit and Open-Minded Approach : Thrive in a dynamic design team with a focus on continuous learning and collaboration

• History of Satisfied Collaborations : Demonstrate a track record of successful partnerships with colleagues who would eagerly work with you again

Nice to haves

• An interest in Bitcoin cryptocurrency or financial products

• A consumer of our products

• Experience designing marketing landing pages
