Responsibilities

Are you passionate about technology and providing exceptional support? We're looking for a dynamic End User Support Specialist to join our team and deliver first-class service to VIP employees through White Glove support.

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and maintaining laptops, desktops, mobile devices, video conferencing equipment, and printers. You'll play a critical role in onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring seamless day-to-day IT operations, all while adhering to Finastra's asset management policies.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and support end-user devices (PCs, Macs, printers, mobile devices, etc.) using the latest tools and procedures.
  • Provide onsite and remote technical assistance, troubleshooting issues and resolving incidents with efficiency.
  • Deliver White Glove support for VIP employees, ensuring their IT needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Handle IT onboarding/offboarding processes and assist with asset deployment, recovery, and disposal.
  • Support video/audio conferencing solutions across Finastra locations, including vendor coordination.
  • Collaborate with Level 2 and Level 3 teams to resolve complex issues while keeping users informed every step of the way.
  • Perform inventory management, asset tracking, and monthly reporting.

What You'll Bring:
