Job Description

Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Desktop Services L2/PC Refresh for one of our clients.

Job Title: Desktop Services L2/PC Refresh

Location: Brewer, ME/South Portland, ME/Mars Hill, ME/Ellsworth, ME (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

• Basic Desktop support or Helpdesk candidate will work for this position

Key Skills Required:

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Good Command on SCCM 2012 or later versions
• Experience in Handling Windows Imaging Project
• Good Command on ImageX or DISM tool, Dell Kace
• Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT 2013) ,WDS,ADK, WAIK, Windows Imaging and Configuration Designer
• Application Compatibility Toolkit
• Windows System Image Manager
• OSCDIMG,BCDBoot,etc
• Windows Reinstallation Environment
• User State Migration Tool(USMT)
• Windows 7/8.1/10/2008R2/2012R2
• Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions
• Networking concepts including IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, etc

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
• Good documentation skills
• Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio)
• Should have a great customer handling skills
• Able to handle unforeseen situations
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly in person, on the telephone and in written documents
• Good problem analysis and problem solving skills
• Strong customer focus and good teamwork skills

Other Skills / Experience

• Experience in Linux/Unix platforms installation & imaging.
• Experience in software development, processes, and methods
• QA/Software Testing/Troubleshooting experience.
• Years of Experience
• Relevant 5-7 Years
• Certification requirements
• Preferred to have 70-680,70-698,70-697,70-698,70-689,70-692,70-687,70-688
• Compulsory MCSE/MCITP/MCSA/MCTS
• Preferred to have 70-401(SCCM 2007) or 70-243(SCCM 2012)
