POSITION OBJECTIVE

This position provides first-level technical support and diagnostics for BancFirst users' software and hardware needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Receive incoming calls for technical support and diagnostics

Configure, install, and maintain all desktop hardware, software, and peripherals

Respond to users for resolving hardware and software related issues

Troubleshoot desktop and network issues via phone and on-site support

Assist with equipment repair

Assist with rollouts of software and/or hardware

Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical documentation for the department

Assist other IS staff members, when necessary, in order to resolve issues

Responsible for On-call duties on a regular rotation

Assist with Mobile Iron email accounts for cell phones

Communications with end users and other IS Department Staff

Occasional contact with vendors for troubleshooting purposes

Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of experience providing technical support on a Helpdesk

2+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows 10 and/or Windows 7

Understands A+

Demonstrates general knowledge of network infrastructure and support

Understands Active Directory

Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters, and meet deadlines

Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude

Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor

Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal

Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks

Demonstrates strong Customer Service skills

Occasional travel statewide

Willing to work flexible hours, occasionally work evenings and weekends

Able to work well in a complex, multi-platform, multi-vendor, multi-protocol, and LAN/WAN environment

Regular attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with server 2016/2019 in an Active Directory environment

Experience with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant use of computer screens

Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear

Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching

Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday

Long periods of typing and repetitive motion

Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 40 pounds
