Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply ITSM and troubleshooting processes used by Desktop Team to support users
• Participate in data analysis
• Assist in updating of department knowledge base documentation
• Learn various software applications used by department
• Cross train with other departments
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance.

Job Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2022 and August 2023
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
• Strong verbal/written communication abilities and effective interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of urgency
• Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail
• Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer (dependent on req)

Physical requirements/Working conditions:

• Climate controlled office environment
• Minimal physical requirements other than occasional light lifting of boxed materials
• Dynamic, time-sensitive environment
