Job Description
- Responding to tickets logged by end users for IT support related to hardware, software, and networking
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, printers and scanners
- Helping users install applications and computer peripherals, as well as diagnosing technical problems.
- Traveling to other LGC locations or connecting via a remote link.
- Working with the project team to assist in the Office move
- Solving system and network problems and diagnosing hardware or software faults
- Responding to call-outs in a timely manner
- Providing support to end users via phone, email or in person
Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of using ITSM software preferable
- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
- Preferably with 1 or more years related experience in IT Support. Some network knowledge will be an advantage.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer focused attitude.
- Independent, resourceful individuals with a "can-do" attitude
