Job Description
1. Good verbal/written communicationsskills and strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and productivelywith associated computer systems, end-users and co-workers.
2. Strong knowledge on Office 365, andOutlook related issues handling
3. Knowledge of Active Directory, GroupPolicy, Domain Services (such as Print, DHCP, DNS) and network connectivity.
4. Good experience in customer/partner/technicalservice related roles
5. Windows 10 / 7 skills andtroubleshooting experience
6. Apple MAC devices skills andtroubleshooting experience
7. Ensure that all system tests aresuccessfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved.
8. Application Packaging and Re-packaging services
9. MSIX based application packages for new apps
10. Provisioning and De-provisioning
11. Autopilot based device Provisioning
