Job Title: Desktop Support II

Location: Hooksett NH

Scope of support:

• Monthly OS patching (Microsoft OS + MS Office & Dot Net)
• Remediation of failed patches
• Vulnerability Remediation
• Hands on basic troubleshooting for printer issues like jams or streaks.
• Call printer service outside vendor for a service call for anything above basic support.
• Change toner for the printers at HeadQuarters Location and Auto Location both in Hooksett NH within a few miles of each other.
• Image at least 300 machines a year and handle laptop shipping/receiving at least 5 per week.
• Basic hardware support - troubleshooting peripheral and laptop issues which could include reseating or swapping out equipment, setting up equipment, etc. Estimating at least 5 tickets per day for this.

Current Support Hours:

• 7:30am-5:00pm EST Monday-Friday.
