As a Desktop Support Intern within the Desktop Support Team, you will work with a lean team to be responsible for Windows administration, desktop support, and office automation. This is a cross-functional opportunity where you will be able to leverage both your technical and soft skills to help IEX set new standards for information technology.

The ideal candidate is someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit, is a natural problem solver, and is greatly motivated to take on any challenge, no matter how small or big! About you:

• Eager to learn new technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Collaborative team player

What you'll do:

• Work with Experienced IT professionals
• Design and implement solutions to tackle the day to day challenges of IEX
• Learn how to manage workload efficiently
• Work closely with the team on project based assignments

Your background:

• Undergraduate working towards a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
• Familiarity with Windows, Mac and iOS
• Ability to work as a team player
  

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay is $30.00/hour for this NY-based position. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The annual base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
