Compensation: $48.00 per hour, Paid Time off, Company 401k contributions, Health, dental, and vision insurance. Total Annual Compensation including benefits is $111,000.00

Desktop Support Specialist, GxP Environment
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Assist With business case and elicit, analyze, arrange, translate, simplify business requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Good understanding of systems and engineering concepts, strong verbal communication and technical writing skills. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Performs routine troubleshooting for instrument connected PC’s, maintains user account security, assists with instrument qualification activities, performs audit trail reviews and data integrity risk assessments. Responsible for annual account recertification activities and coordinating audit responses. Responsible for the entire lifecyle of instrument PC maintenance activities.
