Dev Ops Engineer

Grow your career as a Dev Ops Engineer within Trisept Solutions, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will be responsible for designing infrastructure solutions, system capacity planning, deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations. The position will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely. A keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and solid knowledge base are essential.

A successful Dev Ops Engineer will:

• Design and implement build, deployment, and configuration management working with both internal end external development teams.
• Providing Level 2 technical support.
• Build and test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning.
• Handle and automate code deployments in all environments.
• Monitor metrics and develop ways to improve.
• Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improve development delivery.
• Build, maintain, and monitor configuration standards.
• Manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Development tools with team.
• Meet all compliance as defined by Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, General Data Protection Regulation and any other company enforced regulation.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops and/or Visual Studio Team Services and Team Foundation Services.
• Experience with Content Management Platforms
• Maintain documentation describing processes and system requirements for all systems.
• Work closely with cross-departmental teams, specifically Engineering and Operations, to deploy and support hosted production applications to achieve company goals.
• Keep current on relevant technologies and practices, while continuing to search for the next emerging solution.

A successful Dev Ops Engineer will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years previous experience in development and operations, or related IT, computer, or operations field.
• Previous experience with software development, infrastructure development, or development and operations.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse population in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
• Experience with the Azure cloud platform a plus
