The Dev-Ops Engineer is an integral position within the company as it will be responsible for improving the efficiency of the development team working on the Nox Cloud platform.
Candidates for this position are expected to live in/near our corporate offices in Alpharetta, GA or Boulder, CO
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) systems and methodologies
- Design and maintain tools to automate operational processes
- Assist with the creation of automation scripts and declarative templates for provisioning cloud resources, rolling out tools and new features
- Manage monitoring systems and provide management reports on a regular schedule
- Work with all teams to achieve business objectives
- Perform ongoing routine DevOps maintenance tasks
- Provisioning of resources to the development teams
- Assist with the optimization and documentation of the AWS environments
- Management and testing of the backup and recovery process
- Development and management of the CI/CD process
- Review of procedures to ensure compliance and coverage
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English
- 3-6 years IT/DevOps work experience
- Experience with Windows servers and Linux
- Experience with AWS environments including EC2, S3
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS EKS
- Experience with Jenkins, SonarQube, Jira and Bitbucket
