Job Description
The OSS (Order Status Suite) system gives internal users access to worldwide HP order information via online screens and a comprehensive reporting system.
To accomplish this task OSS is built as an integration platform that pulls order information from various sources systems within HP from the order management and supply chain space.
Basic order information is augmented with related information, like serial numbers, asset tags, shipping documents, packing lists, invoice documents and other items that assist in daily order management
Main functional areas covered by OSS are:
-??Online Order Information with realtime updating

-??Notification on order events
-??Electronic order information messaging (EDI)
