Role Description

JD:

The User Acceptance Tester is responsible for developing and executing testing to ensure results align to expectations.• Implement and execute test automation scripts, test cases, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more test plans, including component, assembly, application and integration product, performance, user acceptance and technical architecture tests• Test from business mindset keeping an end to end perspective for claims processing, member enrollment, fulfillment, reconciliation etc.• Identify and document defects, issues, risks and dependencies • Work with business SME owners and Test team to define acceptance criteria • Measure and reporting test coverage across all applicable coverage dimensions• Ensure appropriate testing tasks are scheduled during release, iteration planning• Actively collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, especially in terms of testability, consistency, and completeness• Participate proactively in standup meetings, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives and suggest improvements• Execute production checkouts and engage end users and training team for production checkouts.

Skills: • Medicare experience required • Strong test case automation, test-driven development, and acceptance test-driven development experience• Good analytical capabilities to evaluate test results• Understand the user stories and their acceptance criteria

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• Min 5 years of experience in Information Technology
