Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap in partnership with cross-functional teams, leveraging data to prioritize investments, driving user experience prototypes, crafting user epics/ stories, and driving customer adoption.
• Unlock real-time, operational customer, product, and supplier data, deep understanding of business and technology trends and the ability to translate those trends into tangible business value.
• Gathering functional and technical requirements as inputs into the overall solution design and participating in process and functional design activities.
• Carrying out application design, build, test, and deploy activities for Reltio MDM and all integrating applications.
• Strong analytical and business orientation to develop a framework to assess/ prioritize potential market opportunities and problem spaces.
• Ability to comfortably present to audiences of varying levels

Key responsibilities

• Must have hands on experience in successful project delivery by designing and delivering, in close relationship with architects and technical developers, end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
• Must have hands on experience in knowing MDM features and functionality like: Data Model, Match and Merge rules, Survivorship rules, Data Integrity and Data Governance
• Experience in data profiling and determining key business rules and data quality parameters
• Ability to understand the enterprise architecture/data flow and create process flow diagrams
• Must have good experience with the various documentation templates and processes involved in each level of SDLC
• Experience in supporting and/or executing UAT
• Good to have experience on working as Reltio MDM SME
• Good to have experience in shaping Roadmap and Strategic decisions with Business Teams
• Well versed with change management process
• Actively participated in various stages during development/deployment and production release
• Good to have knowledge/hands-on experience on Agile Methodology
• Good to have experience in working closely with QA team during the testing stages of project and peer reviewing documentation done by other QA team members.
• Strong experience in Stakeholder communication and status reporting
• Participate in complete SDLC lifecycle activities including test execution
• Excellent communication, presentation skills and interpersonal skills

Key skills

• 11+ years of experience in the Customer MDM areas
• 3+ years' experience as an implementation consultant for Reltio Customer MDM and related technologies
• Good understanding on API-First architecture of Reltio MDM platform
• Good to have experience on Core Java, REST API & JSON
• Must have experience on L3 Reltio configuration
• Must have experience on Match Rules & Survivorship Rules
• Must have experience on RDM
• Must have experience on UI & Data Modular
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Must have proven and demonstrable client facing skills
• Agile/Project Management/MDM certification is highly desired
• Excellent communications, problem solving, functional and technical skills
