The IT department is looking for an experienced Developer to play a key part on our team. Developing, coding and maintaining software while working with our third-party Microsoft 365 software. This position is only open to candidates within Arizona.

What you will do:

• Development and customization of Broadcom CA Service Desk Manager and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Research and troubleshoot problems and solutions for Broadcom CA Service Desk Manager, develop and maintain CMDB for Broadcom CA Service Desk Manager.
• Ability to work with third-party Microsoft 365 solutions, and other industry tools as needed.
• Confer with users and team members to develop, understand and update requirements for configuration and development of custom solutions.
• Write and maintain programming documentation on subjects including code, API functionality, and software issue creation/resolution.
• Prepare database schema for review and deployment.
• Conduct application software testing, prototype review, and quality assurance for stage and production release and post release monitoring and follow up.

What you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (computer science, information technology, etc.) from a regionally accredited institution.
• Coding/Developer experience.
• Two years' work experience in software design and implementation for large projects; experience should include mentoring less experienced technical staff.
• An equivalent combination of directly related work experience and education may be substituted upon supervisor's approval.
• Must pass background investigation.
