Critical Mass is looking for an AEM developer to join a new team building a dynamic solution for one client who owns multiple brands. As someone well-versed in AEM, you understand the need to keep the authoring experience fast & efficient. You understand how all the pieces fit together and how components can be reused to create a scalable, maintainable design system. You'll contribute to that and have the opportunity to evolve our AEM development standards to ensure the highest quality deliverable. You will:

• Be a source of expertise on Adobe Experience Manager and related Adobe products within team
• Develop and maintain AEM building blocks including templates, components etc.
• Develop and maintain OSGi services/Components/Servlets within the OSGi platform (Apache Felix)
• Integrate external REST APIs, services with OSGi services etc.
• Develop Junit test cases for Java classes (e.g., OSGi services/components etc.) developed within AEM
• Manage the integration points between AEM and other services & systems
• Work closely with Tech lead to assist in solution design and implementation plans
• Troubleshoot issues that arise on the platform
  

You have:

• Solid Experience developing customer facing websites in Adobe Experience Manager 6.2 or newer
• Solid experience with AEM building blocks including templates, components (JSP as well as HTL), dialogs (classic as well as Touch UI)
• Experience using tools involved in AEM development e.g., Maven etc.
• Experience with Junit and other testing frameworks in AEM
• Experience in Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework (Sling models, Servlets etc.) and Apache Felix OSGi framework
• (Components, Services etc.) is required
• Experience in developing Content as Services using JSON exporter in Service Headless CMS scenario
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in Java/J2EE development or equivalent
• Experience working with REST APIs, Apigee API management tools etc.
• Experience working as part of an enterprise-grade development project
• Experience in creative problem solving and troubleshooting in large-scale systems
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
• Experience using the Atlassian stack and Slack
• Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
