Developer Relations and Records Management
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- This role will report to CTI DevRel Manager and assist with managing strategic relationships within Global Compute Services for CTI.
- Oversee compliance with Records Management policies and procedures in Global Compute Services
- Actively maintain record Inventories in the Records Management Governance Tool (RMGT) within Archer
- Perform periodic reviews of all Process Control Manual records to ensure annual reviews are performed and the archived documents are maintained and superseded appropriately
- Ensure records are properly retained according to the retention periods defined in Global Retention 2.0.
- Conduct proper due diligence for review of records eligible for periodic destruction, in accordance with established Records Management and Archiving procedures
- Gather metrics/report on records management activities
- Exchange ideas and information concisely and clearly
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an ability to speak effectively to business development leaders, executives, product managers, engineers, and security professionals
- Leadership and communication skills that enable the building of relationships with people across all levels and organizations, internally and externally
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Adept at handling multiple projects and priorities in an extremely fast paced environment
- Unmatched time management discipline, ability to prioritize and execute role responsibilities, focuses on what can be done, not what can't
- Highly driven and competitive in nature
- Result oriented, team player, and resourceful
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Experience in a Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment preferred
- Ability to develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and best practices
- Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams and work under pressure or to a deadline
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
