About the role:

The Developer Relations Coordinator role demands strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills while supporting the Developer Relations Manager in various administrative capacities.

Responsibilities for this role:

  • Follow-up emails and meeting coordination.
  • Submission of Hot Home Closing List addresses to the correct SRO Install group via SmartSheet.
  • Follow-up on construction issues, verifying activities are on/off track from BSF work groups.
  • Coordination and forwarding site plans to the appropriate groups.
  • Pre-Install Construction calls from Developers or Property Managers (not residents).
  • Updates on reports such as Hot Home Checklist, Ops SharePoint, and Sales Force.
  • Collateral and Equipment property drop-offs and warehouse pick-ups.
  • ICOMS: Creating orders in the ICOMS billing system and updating accounts, applying credits as requested by AM.
  • Coordination of property address submissions. Ensure NAP Assignments and addresses submitted timely to MIS.
  • Work order and ticket research as required.
  • Creation of TC, SRO, and TicketView as requested by AM.
  • Courtesy work order submissions to BSF Construction, Account Management and MIS.
  • B2B Support: Courtesy account follow-up, engaging B2B reps and ensuring completion.
  • Coordinating with Marketing for S&P delivery, MIS teams for new property billing code requests and testing.
  • Attendance at town halls, site surveys, and walkouts to assist with meeting updates.
  • Assistance with Hot Home handoff to normal Account Management operations.

Requirements for this role:

  • High School Diploma or 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Effective organization and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Establishes efficient courses of action to ensure timely completion of work products.
  • Maintains stable performance under pressure or opposition, handling stress effectively.
  • Possesses technical/professional expertise required for effective problem-solving and service management.
  • Values and includes diverse capabilities, insights, and ideas of others.
  • Sets high standards for self-performance, taking responsibility for successful task completion.
