Position: Senior Developer

Job Duties:

1. Design, Build and Maintain Integration solutions to support Insight's global Business-to-Business (B2B) e-commerce platform
2. Follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to develop secure and scalable cloud-based checkout process
3. Integrate SAP Commerce (Hybris) with various on-prem and cloud-based applications for Account Registration, Tax Calculation and Products and Order Management using REST APIs and SOAP based web services
4. Integrate SAP Commerce (Hybris) with leading cloud vendors such as Microsoft, AWS, Google, and Adobe to offer a wide range of products and subscriptions to Insight customers
5. Develop solutions to automate billing and invoicing processes
6. Troubleshoot and fix production issues impacting customers' online shopping experience
7. Serve as a point of contact for any integration issue affecting Insight's E-commerce Transformation efforts
8. Develop technical design documents, perform code reviews, and assist junior team-members
9. Collaborate with various stakeholders including Commerce developers to ensure our e-commerce platform continues to meet customers' expectations and is ready to support Insight's future growth

Salary: Available upon request

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week

Job Requirements:

Education Requirements: Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science, or closely related

Experience Requirements: 2 years of experience in job offered, Senior Consultant, Consultant, Technical Architect, Programmer Analyst, or closely related

Special skills requirements:

1. Experience in designing and developing global business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce applications following industry best practices
2. Experience building account registration, catalog, and checkout modules for cloud-based e-commerce applications
3. Experience preparing technical design documents, working on POC (proof-of-concepts) solutions and assisting team members in developing secure, scalable and high-quality solutions
4. Experience working on integrations with third party applications such as order management systems, tax calculation, payment processing and other home-grown applications
5. Experience participating in all phases of software development life cycle including design, implementation, development of test plans, code review and release management
6. Serve as a point of contact for all e-commerce integration related needs, lead development efforts for large releases, troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
7. Prepare task-breakdown, provide estimates, and perform code reviews
8. Experience working with the following:
   1. SAP Commerce (Hybris), Backoffice, Hybris Administration Console (HAC)
   2. REST and SOAP Services
   3. Groovy, Gradle, JSON, XML, Java, Postman, impex, git, OData
   4. E-Commerce, Integration and Cloud Technologies such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
