Developer/Engineer

The Full-stack Developer within the Digital Innovation & Product Hub will be supporting in the build of proprietary software. Collaborating closely with the Product Manager, Lead Full-stack Developer and Frontend Developer, they will support in the scoping, building and deployment. They will also help to maintain standards and best practices across the project.

Role Purpose 

The Full-stack Developer within the Digital Innovation & Product Hub will be supporting in the build of proprietary software. Collaborating closely with the Product Manager, Lead Full-stack Developer and Frontend Developer, they will support in the scoping, building and deployment. They will also help to maintain standards and best practices across the project. 

Accountabilities 

Core Accountabilities 

• Leading the development of features across the full software life cycle - from conception to scoping, deployment and ongoing maintenance 
• Working alongside UX/UI designers to develop user experience 
• Maintaining development best practices (including infrastructure and documentation) 
• Maintaining any tools or scripts as well as debugging production issues

• Good communication skills and ability to communicate complex ideas 
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized 
• Ability to self-manage, working as part of the wider team 
• Believe in clean coding and simple solutions 
• Any knowledge around Performance Marketing (desired)
