Nike, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Provide leadership standing up connected product capabilities across Nike network. Define the strategy and craft the capability roadmap across key initiatives in support of service, cost, convenience and sustainability. Innovate operation and service, by experimenting, developing and implementing new capabilities at the speed of the business. Ensure cross-functional engagement to create an aligned strategic capability portfolio and business case. Lead the development and implementation of innovative and mutually profitable capabilities to deliver frictionless consumer experiences. Introduce process improvements to drive service, cost, convenience and sustainability in close partnership with product management and technology. Apply transition management principles and tools to ensure capabilities are adopted and sustained within the business. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and networks across Nike and with external customers and partners. Up to 10% international travel is required.

Applicant must have a Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Engineering and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:

• SAP;
• SketchUp;
• AutoCAD;
• Multi-node fulfillment nodes;
• Digital fulfillment nodes;
• Retails supply chain;
• Project management;
• Logistics in market place analytics
