Development PM

M9 Solutions is seeking a Development PM to work remotely on a government contract for a client located in Arlington, VA. Candidates must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust level clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers, business analysts, and scrum masters to help design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system, or for a specific phase of the lifecycle.
• Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity.
• Provide weekly reports and communication plans to ensure project objectives are being reported and communicated across all levels of the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Work Authorization: US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust level clearance. An active Public Trust level clearance is strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of experience working with specified software language as a developer.
• 3+ years of experience using Rational Team Concert or equivalent toolset.
• Demonstrated Control-M experience (for ETL developers).
• Hands-on Greenplum or similar database experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals.
• Experience with Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
