The device modeling team seeking a motivated summer intern to provide support to our group located at ADI's Wilmington, MA site. We are a small but dedicated group of six engineers working on great variety of projects, ranging from lab experiments to computer simulations. Our job is to provide circuit designers with accurate models of semiconductor devices and our work is essential to company's success.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Making measurements in electronic lab.
  • Processing measured data with the purpose of creating mathematical models.
  • Implementing the said models in circuit simulator(s).

Minimum qualifications

  • MSEE degree, Electrical Engineering.
  • Familiarity with principles of operation of basic semiconductor devices (MOSFETs, BJTs).
  • Familiarity with Linux environment and at least one scripting language (Python, Perl, Awk, )

Preferred qualifications

  • PhD student, Electrical Engineering.
  • College course on physics of semiconductor devices.
  • Fluency with Linux environment and at least one scripting language (Python, Perl, Awk, )
  • Working knowledge of semiconductor measurements and measurement equipment.
