Responsibilities

• Building, packaging and deploying sofware written on Java or NodeJS.
• Creating containers and deploying them on Docker/Kubernetes
• Maintaining Kubernetes environments on Azure Cloud and in private datacenter
• Creating yaml manifests and helm charts. Deploying microservices on kubernetes with ArgoCD
• Maintaining CI/CD and IaaC based on Gitlab, Ansible and Terraform. Migrating CI/CD pipelines from Gitlab to Azure DevOps
• Setting up HA on SQL and No-SQL DB servers, APIs, frontends and others.
• Deploying monitoring/logging/observability stacks with Prometheus, Graphana, Shinken, Loki, ELK, etc.
• Using virtual infrastructure based on OpenStack
• Create automated tasks with Rundeck.
• Consulting POs, TLs and other stakeholders
• Lead debug sessions
• Interact with clients and support person

• Strong background in System Administration, practical experience with Linux
• Experience with coding in a scripting language – NodeJS, Python, Bash, Powershell or similar
• Good knowledge of Java build automation with Maven
• Knowledge of the Java ecosystem (Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Tomcat application server)
• Experience with one or more build automation tools (GitLab, Jenkins)
• Experience with administration of git or other SCM tools
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible
