What You Will Do:

• Support the acquisition of one of our country's most advanced new weapons platforms in this key functional role.
• Review/develop/update applicable program documentation for software engineering relevant requirements.
• Support the implementation of the software development strategy and Software Development Plan.
• Apply an understanding of DevOps that support program office capabilities as they relate to software engineering, software security, and cyber (IA) security.
• Support the tasks required to design, develop, integrate, and continuously field weapon system software.

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI federal security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of logistics-relevant DoD work experience with no less than two (2) years' experience in an SAP and/or SCI environment.
• System safety engineering knowledge and experience on ACAT I or equivalent aircraft development programs
• Knowledge of software engineering in support of the design, development, Test and Evaluation (T&E), implementation, maintenance, and administration of new and/or existing software systems.
• A team player attitude with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and ensure the mission's success.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance.
• Prior military maintenance experience.
