Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Problem Solver: Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, and handle infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and scaling to ensure performant, scalable, and secure systems.

• Ownership Mindset: Take full responsibility for DevOps projects, from design to deployment, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver value to users.

• Collaborative: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, AI engineers, and data engineers, to integrate DevOps services seamlessly into the overall architecture.

• Customer-Centric: Prioritize user needs in all DevOps activities, seeking to create reliable and efficient systems that enhance user experience.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience required.

• Proficiency in Core Technologies: Strong experience with CI/CD platforms like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI, and familiarity with automation tools.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Expertise in IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for efficient infrastructure management.

• Containerization & Orchestration: Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for managing containerized applications and orchestrating deployments.

• Cloud Platforms: In-depth knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and experience with cloud infrastructure management and optimization.

• Monitoring & Logging: Proficiency with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and logging systems (ELK Stack, Splunk) to ensure system reliability and performance.

• Automation Scripting: Skills in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automating tasks and processes.

• Security & Compliance: Implementing security best practices in deployment pipelines and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

• Version Control: Expertise with Git and branching strategies for streamlined development workflows.

• Disaster Recovery & Backup: Planning and implementing disaster recovery strategies and backup solutions to ensure data integrity and system availability.

• Networking & Load Balancing: Understanding of networking concepts, load balancing, and traffic management to optimize system performance.

• Performance Optimization: Skills in optimizing infrastructure and deployment processes for scalability and performance, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.

• Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of leading DevOps projects and mentoring team members in a collaborative environment.

• Customer Focus: Deep commitment to understanding and prioritizing user needs in all aspects of DevOps work.

• Business Understanding: Ability to align DevOps decisions with broader business goals and objectives.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate DevOps concepts clearly and listen effectively.
