DevOps Engineer for NICE – Prague, Czech Republic/Hybrid.

Job Description:

👋 Hey there! We're a DevOps team of 5 senior engineers, looking for a DevOps wizard to join our team in Prague 🇨🇿. Our stack is growing fast, and we need someone who can help us automate, optimize, and scale our infrastructure.

🔍 What we're looking for:

• Someone who's obsessed with infrastructure as code, knows how to do code reviews, understands the continuous integration and test-driven infrastructure principles. You know, the usual stuff 🤓.
• You'll be helping us fine-tune the durability and availability of our product, manage our global SaaS platform hosted on AWS, and advance automation, stability, and scalability. No pressure! 💪
• You'll be on on-call duty for a week, but don't worry, we'll provide you with coffee, energy drinks, and a survival guide to handle the pressure. �
• You'll be working in a self-organized team, chatting with us in Czech, and sometimes switching to English with our colleagues in the US and when speaking to Holly and Kryten. 🤖

💻 The tech we use:

• Linux based servers (Debian)
• Ansible, Terraform, Python, and Bash
• Amazon ECS/EKS, Kinesis, and Lambda
• Dockerized Nginx and PHP apps
• RabbitMQ and AWS SQS
• Redis and AWS ElastiCache
• Elasticsearch and AWS OpenSearch
• MariaDB and AWS RDS (with MySQL Engine)
• Some microservices
• CI/CD based on Github Actions and Jenkins
• And, of course, a bunch of other cool nerdy stuff you'll love
