DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer you'll join the Cloud Infrastructure team who plays a critical role in designing implementing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure on the Azure platform. Collaborating closely with software development teams you will ensure the availability scalability and security of our applications and services. This role requires strong expertise in CI/CD automation configuration management monitoring and logging security Azure Cloud Services Windows Server and Microsoft System Center database management and performance optimization.

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Design implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

• Automate deployment monitoring and infrastructure management processes.

• Collaborate with development QA and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.

• Maintain and improve configuration management processes.

• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates Terraform or Bicep.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development test and production environments.

• Advocating for DevOps best practices and culture within the organization and collaborating with other stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on Microsoft technologies.

• proficiency in using Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline development and management.

• Must have's: Terraform Azure cloud services Microsoft Teams Infrastructure as Code Tools

• Nice to have: Windows Server Microsoft System Center Microsoft SQL Server PowerShell DSC Skype for Business ITIL Foundation

• Monitor system performance identify issues and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

Hybrid or remote?

As we have a remote working policy in The Netherlands we expect you to be at the office twice a week. In all the other countries we have a remote working policy. As the location of this role is flexible (UK ES or NL); it depends on the location of the role which benefits you'll enjoy.
