Your Role and Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues ensuring system availability and reliability.
- AWS Cloud Infrastructure: Manage configure and optimize AWS environments (EC2 S3 RDS Lambda) and assist with disaster recovery.
- Automation & Terraform: Use Terraform for infrastructure management and develop automation scripts for AWS resources.
- Collaboration: Work with DevOps development and security teams and contribute to technical documentation and training.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with AWS trends and propose system improvements.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience: 2+ years in technical support hands-on experience with AWS services and practical knowledge of Terraform.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux/Windows environments AWS networking (VPC DNS) automation (Bash Python) and Git.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
AWS certifications experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) CI/CD pipelines and cloud security best practices.
