DevOps Engineer, Core Platform Group

About the Role:

The Cloud Infra team is responsible for BigPanda’s cloud environment. The team is composed of skilled DevOps engineers in charge of multiple technologies that have a direct effect on the platform stability, reliability and scalability, using cutting edge technologies such as EKS, ArgoCD, ArgoWF, GitOps, IaC.

We're looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer, Motivated team player who isn't afraid of learning new technologies and tools to make constant improvement in the cloud environment and automation tools.

Your responsibilities will include using cutting-edge technologies and developing a wide range of capabilities, including automation tools, advanced build systems, continuous integration and developing our internal cloud grid solution.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with engineering teams in the R&D
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC for our infrastructure
• Optimize system performance, availability, and scalability
• Develop and integrate infrastructure tools in support of our production system
• Automate the Provisioning and configuration
• Consulting the organization on various DevOps-related aspects, such as CI/CD, computing, storage, networking infrastructure, and security.
• Analyze, optimize, and implement cost optimization actions

What skills and experience you’ll bring to BigPanda:

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with IaC & GitOps methodologies and tools (Terraform, Helm).
• Hands-on experience working with Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Experience with CI/CD management tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Travis CI, Docker).
• Familiarity with technologies such as MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Kafka.
• Problem-solving skills with adaptability and flexibility to business needs.
• Experience coding in Python/Go/Ruby.

Pay Scale:  $128,000.00 - $154,000.00 USD base, not inclusive of bonus, equity, and benefits.
