Position Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated DevOps Engineer - I to be a critical part of our Enterprise IT Global organization. This individual may be based at our Los Angeles headquarters or Philadelphia office. You will be deeply involved in onsite and cloud systems and remote support for our remote systems and offices. With an integrate and automate everything mindset, the DevOps Engineer works under the direction of the DevOps Manager and closely with the security business partners to transition and document IT infrastructure/security projects from engineering to production support.
Core Responsibilities:
• Identify, research, and architect automated solutions for complex enterprise applications
• Develop code to interact with REST APIs and automate various tasks
• API integrations and deployment with a diverse range of industry leading enterprise application software
• Develop, maintain, and keep updated IT procedures and documentation related to our processes and platform operations
• Collaborate with department personnel and design innovative solutions for complex IT issues
• Sustain high-availability service levels and ensure fulfillment of business-wide service levels and operational support objectives.
• Lead individual contributor in IT infrastructure and security projects in designing and evaluating new technologies
• Ensure SHEIN maintains a solid cyber security posture by adhering to and implementing information security best practices in accordance with industry standards, federal and local laws
Skills and Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of relevant DevOps or Developer experience
• Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in the field of Computer Science or related discipline, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in one or more scripting languages (e.g PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, Bash)
• Strong knowledge of and experience with design, implementation, maintenance, and operation of AWS cloud platform
• Strong working and practical knowledge of industry IT standards and regulations
• Experience with change management lifecycle, development and regular preparation of management status and key metrics reports
• Ability to work with extremely technical staff working on very sensitive subject areas and with extremely sensitive information
• High level of personal integrity, with the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and exudes the appropriate level of judgment and maturity
Preferred Qualifications:
• SSO, SAML and IdP experience (e.g Okta, Azure)
• ServiceNow platform experience
• Experience with Firewalls, NAC, SIEM
• Security, compliance, data loss prevention and governance experience
• Experience with cyber security incident response and handling, and mitigation techniques
Pay: $101,400.00 min. - $166,800.00 max annually, bonus offered.
