Product and role Overview : LCT Analytics Team

• Luminate Control Tower (LCT) is an AI/ML end to end visibility lead supply chain product by capturing dynamic changes happening in the industry. Analytics is very important part which becomes very strategic and important for our customers to take data driven decisions to improve overall efficiency, maintaining control and visibility of supply chain network.
• The LCT Analytics team: The analytics team has a robust infrastructure to handle supply chain data coming from different sources and then translates that into meaningful analytics using PowerBI and React High charts. These reports range from being Descriptive, Predictive and Prescriptive. The team working on the infra, PowerBI and data science for intelligence is a global team working across Dallas, TX and Bangalore, India. The team is comprised of Project Managers, Program Managers and Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers servicing LCT customers.
• As a Sr. Software Engineer ( DevOps and MLOps), you will work closely with the engineering and cloud operations teams using Agile methodologies to create and improve processes and solutions that streamline build, test and deploy operations for the Luminate Control Tower (LCT) and LCT Analytics. You'll assist deployment teams and ensure the solution is rolled out properly to Test and Production environments.

Ideal Candidate/Top Skills:

• Successful experience building out and supporting a Cloud production environment (Prefer Azure, but open to other public Cloud solutions).
• Experience in Engineering Infrastructure Development with the latest cloud-native technologies like Containers (Docker), Kubernetes, Public Clouds, Helm etc.
• Has worked in a test-driven development environment with a quality mindset and ability to work with globally distributed teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment

What you will do:

• Create and improve CI/CD build pipelines
• Develop procedures to automate various systems and tasks (e.g. automating code builds and deployments) using Jenkins, Groovy, Git, Docker, Terraform, Chef or Ansible;
• DevOps and Cloud solutions to include infrastructure automation, automated CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and operations, and well-architected cloud infrastructure
• Execute system administration of hosting platforms capable of running on a variety of frameworks in Java on cloud infrastructures (JBOSS, Tomcat, Java, J2EE).
• Employ innovative and secure solutions to ease developer and testing experience.
• Responsible for coding and troubleshooting tools and services

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with five plus years of relevant experience.
• Experience with more than one configuration management solution (i.e. Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform).
• Solid proficiency with Repository AND Pipeline related tools (BitBucket, GIT - Jenkins, Bamboo, Travis, Circle CI).
• Experience with the implementation and use of different Application and Infrastructure monitoring tools, ELK stack for monitoring/log analysis
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages. Python is preferred. PERL or Ruby is also possible.
• Experience designing infrastructure as code using and working in a secure development lifecycle.
• Experience with gradle build process and configuration
• Experience creating and managing ARM templates
• Docker and Kubernetes knowledge
• Understanding of cloud-native or microservices architecture
• Experience with core systems like Active Directory and NTP.
• Experience with managing databases (Cosmos, MySQL - advantage)
