DevOps & Test Automation Engineer

• Design and implement comprehensive automated testing frameworks across frontend, backend, and APIs
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with integrated testing, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments
• Develop and maintain reproducible and isolated test environments, including staging and ephemeral setups
• Create and manage database seeding, cloning, and masking strategies to ensure data consistency
• Ensure reliability, speed, and observability of testing pipelines, minimizing failures and inefficiencies
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and enforce testing strategies across all development layers
• Implement performance, load, and stress testing solutions to validate system scalability
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring alignment between test and production environments
• Develop internal tools for debugging, test data generation, and failure analysis
• Establish monitoring and alerting systems to maintain high system reliability and performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in DevOps with hands-on work in production environments
• Strong expertise in automated testing methodologies (unit, integration, end-to-end, performance)
• Experience building testing infrastructure and frameworks from scratch
• Solid experience with cloud platforms, particularly GCP and its core services
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or similar systems
• Backend development experience, preferably with Python
• Strong knowledge of databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL, including data management strategies
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and environment orchestration
• Deep understanding of system reliability, observability, and debugging practices
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with a high level of ownership and autonomy
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English communication skills
• Nice to have: experience with frontend testing tools, performance testing frameworks, AI-based systems, and security/compliance testing
