Role Purpose

As an Enterprise DevOps / DevSecOps Architect, you will be involvedin a combination of strategizing & designing transformationroadmaps, facilitation, mentoring, coaching and training teams to enableDevOps / DevSecOps adoption at scale. You needs to examine and analyzethe client's development operations, define a robust DevOps /DevSecOps reference architecture & Target Operating model for thevarious products and technologies and work closely with various teams todeliver the same. You should also be able to re-architect / architectDevSecOps / DevOps platforms for the client in line with Wipro'sDevSecOps platform

Do

• Enable DevOps / DevSecOps transformation for customers. Engagewith the clients' CXOs to define DevOps / DevSecOps adoption planwith short/medium/long term goals and develop the business case forchange
• Design DevOps / DevSecOps reference architecture and blueprintsto implement continuous exploration, continuous integration, continuousdeployment, continuous testing, continuous monitoring and releaseautomation solutions across different products / applications /technologies / domains. Define Target Operating model for EnterpriseDevOps / DevSecOps adoption
• Work with the various teams to understand their DevOps /DevSecOps needs, identify best practices and tools relevant to theproducts and technologies involved. Provide technical leadership andguidance w.r.t. DevOps / DevSecOps adoption
• Advise product leadership and teams on how to translate currentengineering, infrastructure and automation requirements into executableDevOps / DevSecOps technology solutions
• Conduct maturity assessment to improve engineering excellence
• Implement and maintain DevOps / DevSecOps toolchains for bothcentralized and federated DevOps
• Coach the team to ensure adoption. Coaches engineering teams onthe new Ways of Working to improve Route to Live. Conduct trainingworkshops on CI-CD/DevOps and related roles to clients, internal teamsand other stakeholders
• Anchor the DevOps / DevSecOps solution for large RFP's.Participate in the practiuce sales initiative for opportunity shapingand closure
