Job Description As an experienced Program Planning professional in our DevSecOps product team, you thrive at driving planning activities across products including development security, cloud security, and technology governance, risk and controls. You have a strong grasp of the big-picture - namely, how technology can help achieve business goals - but also a close attention to detail. You have a keen ability to establish priorities, manage resources and expectations, and engage and collaborate with cross domain subject matter experts to drive positive outcomes. In this role, you'll draw on your people and process skills to manage the planning of strategic product roadmaps spanning our cybersecurity technology portfolio and impacting our DevSecOps journey. You'll serve as the interlock with key stakeholders across the firm to help deliver the best possible results. This role is rooted in project execution requiring direct partnership with product owners and engineering teams - not just project management. It's a terrific opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make lasting connections throughout JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Key requirements:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years' experience managing multiple technology related projects supporting one or more business areas
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity technology and agile project management methodologies; experience with cloud, SDLC security, and/or technology governance, risk and controls a plus
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with keen attention to detail and ability to present professionally and accurately
  • Proactive self-starter, comfortable working independently and able to consistently deliver high quality results under pressure
  • Strong time management, able to multitask and manage complex work plans and conflicting priorities
  • A customer-centric problem solver able to think strategically and identify opportunities to enhance existing processes
  • A proven collaborator and negotiator able to build relationships with high-performing teams and individuals to accomplish common goals

Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinate across DevSecOps product teams to ensure each product area maintains a published roadmap and have established agile ceremonies to support technical delivery
  • Establish and operate product and leadership ceremonies across the DevSecOps team to support product planning and roadmap reviews
  • Support quarterly product planning and business review activities using output of DevSecOps specific planning activities
  • Manage the overall set of delivery risks, issues and dependencies across the DevSecOps product space
  • Partner with Finance to drive transparency over product level budgets/headcount and tracking against targets
  • Support the development of curated materials to drive an understanding of the DevSecOps team mission, product space, accomplishments, and priorities
  • Analyze large sets of data, identify themes and present back to leadership for planning purposes
  • Leverage existing and new communication channels to publicize key achievements and risk visibility
