Job Summary

משרת מהנדס/ת אנליזה DFM נמצאת באתר פלקס במגדל העמק, האתר מונה כ-2000 עובדים ומשרת למעלה מ-60 חברות. מהנדס/ת מערכת עובד/ת ישירות מול מספר לקוחות- חברות הייטק המובילות במשק.

המהנדס יהיה אחראי על ביצוע אנליזות טכניות ושיפור תהליכי הייצור, תוך שימת דגש על עקרונות תכנון לייצור המוני.

תחומי אחריות :

• ביצוע אנליזות טכניות של מוצרים קיימים וחדשים .
• עבודה צמודה עם צוותי ההנדסה והייצור כדי להבטיח שהמוצרים מתוכננים בצורה אופטימלית לייצור .
• זיהוי בעיות פוטנציאליות בתהליכי הייצור והמלצה על פתרונות .
• הכנת דוחות טכניים והצגת ממצאים ללקוחות .
• פיתוח והמלצה על שיפורים בתהליכי הייצור כדי להבטיח יעילות ואיכות .

דרישות :

• יכולת אנליטית גבוהה : המועמד צריך להיות מסוגל לנתח נתונים מורכבים ולהסיק מסקנות משמעותיות .
• תשומת לב לפרטים : חשוב שהמועמד יהיה מדויק ויסודי בעבודתו, כדי להבטיח שהמוצרים יעמדו בסטנדרטים הגבוהים ביותר .
• יכולות תקשורת : המועמד צריך להיות מסוגל להעביר רעיונות וממצאים בצורה ברורה ומובנת, הן בכתב והן בעל פה .
• גמישות ויכולת הסתגלות : המועמד צריך להיות מוכן להתמודד עם שינויים וללמוד טכנולוגיות חדשות במהירות .
